These General Terms of Service ("General Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Greenfinity Integrated Limited ("Greenfinity," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, governing your access to and use of the GreenfinityOne mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform offers structured credit products, each governed by its own Product Addendum in addition to these General Terms — see Smile Credit Terms Addendum and Super Fast Credit Terms Addendum. Where you apply for or hold a specific credit product, the applicable Addendum forms part of, and is incorporated into, your agreement with us.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms, the applicable Product Addendum, our Privacy Policy, and our AML Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To access the Platform's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
In compliance with the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 (as amended) and CBN KYC Regulations, you must complete our identity verification process, which may include:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence, particularly for high-value transactions, PEPs, or users from high-risk jurisdictions. Product-specific KYC requirements are set out in the applicable Product Addendum.
You must immediately notify us at security@greenfinityone.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Platform currently offers two structured credit products, each with its own eligibility, disbursement, and repayment terms set out in a dedicated Addendum:
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue credit products from time to time. Any new product will be accompanied by its own Addendum before it becomes available to you.
All applicable fees, charges, and interest rates are disclosed before you confirm any transaction. These may include:
We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with at least 30 days' prior written notice to affected users. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of fee changes constitutes acceptance.
Borrowers are obligated to repay loans in full according to the agreed repayment schedule. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in:
By using the Platform, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, and in-app / push notifications for transactional, security, and service-related communications (for example, loan status updates, repayment reminders, and identity verification). Where consent is required for promotional communications, you may withdraw it at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use the Platform to:
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the Platform are owned by or licensed to Greenfinity Integrated Limited and are protected under Nigerian copyright law, the Trademarks Act (Cap T13 LFN 2004), and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenfinity, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
You may initiate account deletion at any time through the Platform's account settings or by contacting us at hello@greenfinityone.com. Please note that your account can only be fully closed and deleted once all outstanding loans, interest, and other financial liabilities to Greenfinity Integrated Limited have been fully settled and verified. Account termination does not extinguish your obligation to repay outstanding debts.
In the first instance, disputes should be directed to our support team at hello@greenfinityone.com. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) or an equivalent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) center.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties or, failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act.
These Terms — including all Product Addenda — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of the credit product you use or your place of residence. The courts of Lagos State, Nigeria shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
Greenfinity operates in compliance with, and users are subject to, the following Nigerian laws and regulations (as amended from time to time):
In addition to these General Terms, your use of a specific credit product is governed by that product's Addendum, which forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, this agreement:
Where a provision of a Product Addendum conflicts with these General Terms, the Product Addendum governs to the extent of that conflict, for that product only.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms (including any Product Addendum) at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification, email, or publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These General Terms, together with the applicable Product Addendum, our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, and any other supplemental terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greenfinity regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
